Adam Pondang

Adam Pondang is a Toronto-based Producer and Audio Engineer. Born into a musical environment, Adam grew up listening to a diverse array of music including rock, funk, R&B, hip hop, pop, jazz, and gospel. He started producing in 2010 and a year later, came third place in a Long & McQuade radio jingle contest. In 2012, Adam went to Metalworks for Audio Engineer and Music Business, and upon graduation he interned at Wanted Sound and Picture (Inspector Gadget, How To Train Your Dragon, Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs, etc) a Toronto Post-production studio. It was here where he learned the importance of sharpening his skills for his digital-audio workstation, customer satisfaction and business etiquette – something that prepared him in his freelance production/engineering work as his personal clients began to build and span across Canada, into America and Europe. In 2017, he composed the title track for Alan Thicke’s movie “It’s Not My Fault and I Don’t Care Anyway” before his passing. His presence in the industry recently grabbed the attention of Samuel Gerongco, one half of Kuya Productions (Christina Aguilera, Alessia Cara, Akon, Ginuwine, Meghan Trainor to name a few), and he is now working closely with them as a part of their team.
